Yr Hen Ysgol

Yr Hen Ysgol is a Detached house (Former School House) which has been converted into 3 self-contained properties, Studio 1, 2 and 3. Two of the properties are on the ground floor of the Main Building and one is built into the eves of the property. In addition to this there is The Summer House, a self-contained detached apartment situated within the grounds.

Verdant lawns and shrubs surround the property, and an outdoor seating area usually finds residents chatting together when the weather is conducive. A private parking area is situated to the rear of the main building.

The property is along a main bus route to Dolgellau. Those willing can enjoy a 20-30-minute walk into Dolgellau along country paths.
