Garth Angharad Estate comprises of various cottages and a large Manor House sited within 66 acres of land with Cader Idris prominent in the background. Those residing at Garthangharad Estate can enjoy walking around the landscape and gardens; and for those able and willing participate in the upkeep of the grounds.

Access and exit are via twin driveways; at these are twin gate lodges, one at the bottom of East Lodge drive and one at the bottom of West Lodge drive.
